How to Register on Zakupivli.Pro

To participate in state and commercial procurements, first register on the Zakupivli.Pro platform. It’s easy and only takes a few minutes. Let’s take the following steps together:

1. Go to the Zakupivli.Pro homepage and click “Sign up”

2. Provide your first name, last name, contact phone number, and email address. Use a current email address, as all procurement information will be sent to it.

3. Create a password. You can learn how to choose a secure password in this article.

4. Review the offer, privacy policy, check the box, and click “Register.”

Great: you now have a personal account on the platform. Just a bit more, and you’ll be able to participate in procurements.

5. Confirm your email. This is necessary to receive current procurements, important notifications, and so on.

To confirm your email, open the email with the subject “Registration Confirmation on Zakupivli.Pro” and click the link in it. If you don’t see the email, check the “Promotions,” “Spam,” and other folders.

6. Go to the “Company Information” section and fill in the data in the following blocks:

  • Legal address
  • Work with completed work acts

👉 We recommend keeping your company’s name and address up to date, as this information is published in procurements and cannot be changed later.

7. Activate your personal account.

After filling in the fields in the “Company Information” section, you need to activate your personal account.

Once your personal account is activated, you just need to find interesting procurements to prepare and submit a proposal.
