How to Pay for Access to the Zakupivli.Pro Online Service

Registration on the Zakupivli.Pro platform is free. However, access to the online service for submitting a tender proposal is paid. Payment is made before submitting a proposal for procurement.

Rates

The cost of the rate depends on the procurement budget. You can check the rates in your personal account in the “Payments and Acts” section (the “Rates” tab) or on the public page.

How to Top Up Your Balance

1.  Go to the “Payments” tab to generate an invoice.

2. Specify the required amount or leave the default amount.

3. If you want to automatically receive an invoice by email when the balance falls below the specified amount, check the corresponding box.

4. Click “Generate Invoice.”

The generated invoice can be downloaded in PDF format or printed.

5. Pay the invoice

You can pay the invoice using a card or from the company’s settlement account.

Important: If you are paying the invoice to activate your personal account, it must be paid from the settlement account.

When paying, be sure to include the personal account ID and company name. This will speed up the reflection of the payment on the company’s balance.

Do not delete paid invoices from your account or pay them again.

Where to View Payment

The generated invoice will be available in the “Invoices” tab of the “Payments and Acts” section, where you can check its status, due date, amount, download, print, or delete it.

The “Transaction History” tab of the “Payments and Acts” section contains information about all payments and deductions.

You can generate a list of payments into an Excel table and download it.
