Section “Login Details”

If you need to change your login details for your personal account, you can easily do so on the relevant page.

1. Go to the “Login Details” section.

2. If necessary, you can edit the information about the employee who will be handling procurements.

Pay attention to the phone number fields.

• Confidential – this phone number will not be visible to other users and is needed only for your identification.
• Work – this phone number will become public to users after a procurement is created. You can specify several numbers here.

The Prozorro system is designed to ensure that all information is open and transparent. Therefore, the number you enter in the “Work Phone Number” field will be displayed in procurements and cannot be removed. It is best to take this into account immediately.

By default, the number you provided during registration is considered the work number. You can designate it as “Confidential” and use another number as the work number.

Important note: If you have previously announced procurements, the phone number that was specified at that time will remain in the Prozorro system as open data, even if you now designate it as confidential. However, it will not be shown in future procurements.

3. You can change the password for logging into the Zakupivli.Pro account.

4. You can also change the email address.
